Organizations seeking a partnership beyond our standard sponsorship packages are welcome to contact NYSCA to discuss available opportunities.
Customized sponsorships require a financial commitment of at least $2,500 annually, equivalent to NYSCA's standard Platinum Corporate Sponsorship. Alternative arrangements based solely on commissions, revenue sharing, or potential future income are not accepted in place of the minimum annual sponsorship commitment.
How to Become a Corporate Sponsor

Chiropractic References
Provide three chiropractic references familiar with your organization.

Corporate Sponsorship Policies
Eligibility & Approval
Corporate Sponsorship may be granted to for-profit and nonprofit organizations whose products or services are consistent with New York State chiropractic law and that support chiropractic education, training, or practice.
Applicants must provide:
- A completed Corporate Sponsorship application
- Three chiropractic references
- Information about the organization's business model and how NYSCA members may engage with the organization
- A generic sample of any contract or agreement members may be asked to sign
- A copy of any agreement the organization would ask NYSCA to execute
All Corporate Sponsorship applications are subject to review and approval by the NYSCA Board of Directors. Sponsorship becomes effective following approval and receipt of payment.
Customized sponsorship arrangements may be considered; however, all Corporate Sponsors must commit to at least the minimum annual sponsorship amount established by NYSCA. Commission, revenue-sharing, or other arrangements based solely on potential future income are not accepted in place of the minimum annual sponsorship commitment.
Term, Renewal & Payment
Corporate Sponsorship is annual and automatically renews on the sponsor's anniversary date. NYSCA will send a renewal notice to the sponsor's designated primary contact at least 14 calendar days before renewal.
Sponsors are responsible for keeping their contact information current. Organizations that do not wish to renew must provide written notice at least seven business days before the renewal date.
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable. Sponsorship benefits may be suspended for non-payment and reinstated once outstanding balances are resolved. Sponsorships remaining unpaid more than 30 days after notification may be cancelled.
Non-Exclusivity & NYSCA's Right to Modify Sponsorship
Corporate Sponsorship does not provide exclusive rights within any product, service, or industry category. NYSCA may establish relationships with other organizations, including those offering similar or competing products or services.
NYSCA reserves the right to reject or cancel a Corporate Sponsorship or modify sponsorship benefits when necessary.
Non-Endorsement & Sponsor Responsibility
Corporate Sponsorship does not constitute NYSCA endorsement, approval, or verification of a sponsor or its products, services, policies, practices, or promotional claims.
Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that their communications and promotional materials accurately represent their relationship with NYSCA and do not imply endorsement or approval by the Association.
When clarification of the relationship is appropriate, NYSCA may require the following disclaimer:
“Corporate Sponsorship does not constitute endorsement by the New York State Chiropractic Association of the sponsor or its products or services.”
Sponsors remain responsible for their products, services, business practices, communications, and promotional materials and agree to indemnify and hold harmless NYSCA, its officers, directors, delegates, committees, employees, and affiliated entities from claims or liabilities arising from the sponsor’s actions or materials.
Use of the NYSCA Name & Logo
Use of the NYSCA Name & Logo
Corporate Sponsors may identify themselves as a “Corporate Sponsor of the New York State Chiropractic Association.”
Use of the NYSCA name, logo, or other Association branding in promotional or marketing materials requires prior written approval by NYSCA. Sponsors should submit proposed uses to NYSCA before publication or distribution.
The NYSCA name and logo may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, approval, certification, or recommendation of the sponsor or its products or services.
Authorization to use the NYSCA name or logo ends when the Corporate Sponsorship expires or terminates, unless otherwise authorized by NYSCA in writing.
