The practice focuses on accident and injury rehabilitation, mainly car accident and work accident treatment and therapy. Multi-disciplinary practice. Work together with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, PM&R Doctors, Etc. Must be familiar with X-Ray, strong clinical examination skills a must. Doctors will be required to do exams, manual spinal adjustments, x-rays, formulate a treatment plan, etc. Our Practice is willing to invest in our doctors and pay for continuing education for Advancements in Trauma Qualifications, MRI interpretation courses, and Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression. Income is base salary of $120,000 with the opportunity for bonus pay at the conclusion of the calendar year. Patient load is approximately 40-50 patients per day in an 8 hour shift.
Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine treatment needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient evaluations. Utilize medical imaging and anatomy knowledge to inform treatment strategies. Manage acute pain through various chiropractic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal patient care. Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with patients regarding their health and treatment options.
