Approved partners provide a meaningful benefit available exclusively to NYSCA members while gaining visibility within the NYSCA community.
How the Program Works
Member Privileges is designed to create value for NYSCA members while introducing them to organizations that may support their practices and professional lives.
Approved partners receive:
- A listing in NYSCA's members-only Member Privileges Directory
- An opportunity to feature an exclusive member offer or benefit
- Inclusion in periodic communications highlighting available member privileges
- An ongoing presence as an approved NYSCA Member Privileges partner
The program provides visibility rather than active promotion. Participating organizations manage their own marketing, sales, customer relationships, and fulfillment of member offers.

Is Your Organization a Good Fit?
We welcome inquiries from organizations whose products or services are relevant to chiropractors and their practices and that can provide a meaningful benefit specifically for NYSCA members.
Participation is selective. NYSCA reviews prospective partners to help ensure that participating organizations and offers are appropriate for our membership.
Strong Member Privileges partners typically:
- Offer products, services, or resources relevant to chiropractic practice or business operations
- Provide a clear and meaningful NYSCA member benefit
- Maintain transparent business practices and member relationships
- Have the capacity to manage their own sales, service, and member engagement
- Are interested in developing a positive, ongoing relationship with the chiropractic community
Becoming a Member Privileges Partner
Organizations interested in participating are asked to provide:
1. Organization Overview
A brief overview of the organization and its business model
2. Member Benefit
A description of the proposed exclusive NYSCA member benefit
3. Sample Agreement
A generic sample of any contracts or agreements members may be asked to sign
4. References
Three business references, preferably chiropractors licensed and practicing in New York State who have worked with your organization

Member Privileges is a visibility-based member benefit program and does not include individualized marketing campaigns, lead generation, sales support, or guaranteed exposure or results.
NYSCA does not generally participate in commission-based, profit-sharing, or revenue-dependent arrangements through the Member Privileges Program.
Participating organizations are expected to conduct business professionally and ethically and to comply with applicable NYSCA policies governing relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and other business partners.
Participation in the Member Privileges Program does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by NYSCA of a participating organization's products or services.
