The New York State Chiropractic Association (NYSCA) is a member-driven professional organization that is guided and operated by three main leadership groups: the Executive Officers, Board of Directors, and the House of Delegates. Each group plays a key role in ensuring the Association serves the needs of its members and the chiropractic profession across New York State.

The Executive Officers are the senior leaders elected by the membership and Board of Directors to oversee the day-to-day operations and public representation of the Association.

NYSCA districts are grouped into four geographical regions, each being represented by three Regional Directors.  Together with the Executive Officers, the Regional and Affiliate Directors make up the Board of Directors. This is the main governing body of the Association and is responsible for setting policies, managing finances, overseeing committees, and ensuring NYSCA fulfills its mission.
