The New York State Chiropractic Association (NYSCA) is proud to launch the 2026 New York Chiropractic Practice Survey. We created this annual initiative to better understand the realities of chiropractic practice across New York.
Every practice is different, and every chiropractor's experience matters. No matter where you are in your career - whether you're newly licensed, an established practitioner, or nearing retirement - your perspective is an important part of the story. By taking a few minutes to participate, you'll help create a more complete picture of chiropractic practice in New York.
Why We Created the Chiropractic Practice Survey
The 2026 New York Chiropractic Practice Survey focuses on the profession. We want to understand today's practice environment, including practice characteristics, workforce trends, technology adoption, common challenges, and emerging opportunities.
The better we understand what's happening in practices across New York, the better we can focus our advocacy, educational programming, and member resources where they'll have the greatest impact.

"The better we understand what's happening in practices throughout the state, the better equipped we'll be to support the profession in meaningful ways."
Your Responses Are Confidential
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and will remain open through September 15, 2026.
To protect the integrity of the survey, we'll ask you to provide your email address and New York chiropractic license number. We use this information only to verify that each response comes from a licensed New York chiropractor and to prevent duplicate submissions.
Providing your email address will not subscribe you to mailing lists or marketing communications. If your responses suggest that a relevant NYSCA resource, service, or opportunity may be helpful, NYSCA staff may contact you directly.
NYSCA will keep individual responses confidential. We will report survey results only in aggregate.

Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of questions does the survey ask?
The survey asks about general practice characteristics, the current practice environment, business and operational challenges, and issues and priorities affecting chiropractors in New York. Questions are designed to give us a broad picture of chiropractic practice across the state rather than detailed information about any individual practice.
Do I have to answer every question?
No. Most questions are optional, and you may skip any question you are not comfortable answering.
Can I review the survey before deciding whether to participate?
Yes. The survey is divided into several sections, so not every question appears on the first page. You may move through the sections to review the questions and decide whether you would like to participate.
What happens if I start the survey and change my mind?
Your response is not submitted to NYSCA until you click “Submit” at the end of the survey. If you decide not to participate, simply close the survey without submitting it.
How will my responses be used?
Survey results will be reviewed in aggregate to help NYSCA better understand chiropractic practice across New York and inform future advocacy, educational programming, member resources, and strategic planning. Individual responses will not be published or shared as individual responses.
